AUDITION NOTICE

Georgia Tegou Studio is looking to expand its pool of performers for a range of upcoming projects across 2026 and 2027.
Audition: By invitation, Friday 18 September 2026
Location: Sadler’s Wells East, London, UK
Application deadline: Monday 7 September 2026, 5pm (UK time)
All professional engagements arising from this audition will be paid, with fees following Equity/ITC rates and guidelines.

R&D and creation of new work
Continued development of current work
National and international touring
We are looking for performers with strong contemporary and classical technique, improvisation and devising skills, a collaborative approach, and an interest in interdisciplinary performance practice.
Applicants must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
Applicants should be able to attend rehearsals and performances in London as required. Please note that the company is not able to cover relocation or accommodation costs for London-based rehearsal and performance periods.
The audition will include a contemporary class followed by a creative lab session exploring movement in relation to objects and materials, improvisation and devising processes through Georgia’s ‘dance-as-design’ practice.
The timeline below is subject to funding and reflects the company’s activities across multiple projects. Selected performers will not necessarily be required for every date listed, and availability will be discussed according to the specific project.

16–21 November — rehearsals and performances
